How does it work?

When you sign up, give us a GroundCloud login. We'll give you an email to send all your maintenance invoices. Our system imports those to GroundCloud as they are received. When you are ready to submit your MMR, just run GroundCloud's MMR report.

Does it use AI?

Yes! You can now tell your friends that you use AI at work. We use it to distill your maintenance invoices to the core repair description that goes on your MMR. For example, brake repair invoices may have a bunch of extra things like environmental surcharge, supplies, parts... but the MMR will say "Replaced front and rear brake pads."

Do I need to use GroundCloud?

Yes, our solution uses GroundCloud's MMR Report function. If you don't use GroundCloud, we are working on a solution where we just create a MMR directly. Contact us to get on the waitlist for that feature.

Can I edit the maintenance records in GroundCloud?

Yes, we import the information, but you can edit or delete records from GroundCloud.

Does it do odometers?

We have a beta solution for odometers now. It uses a combination of maintenance records, manual odometers via Google Form, or your existing GroundCloud odometer entries. Contact us for more information at mmr@witfawn.com.
